First Lutheran is excited to add Pastor James as associate pastor, as he will help to oversee the Chinese worship activities and services. Pastor James was recently ordained and installed at a special service held at the church, and is already doing great things!
First Lutheran was honored to have Pastor Michael Gibson, President of the Pacific Southwest District of the Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod and eleven other district pastors help with this special service. A powerful moment was watching all of the pastors lay hands on Pastor James and to share a prayer for his new ministry.
